Working methodology ?

Joint discution with the client on his necessities and objectives, interest areas, content and size of the project.
GADA Management prepare an action plan for the agreed project, with the following info’s:

Established objectives
Resources for reaching the objectives
Financials behind the project
Organisational and functional details
Development tactics / strategies

After the validation of the action plan, the contract will be signed and the project will start. All along the project, we will offer feedback on the evolution, and at the client request we will integrate in the project the desired changes.

At the end of the project we will offer a complete report on the objectives achievement, and at the client request we can agree for a post-project consulting period for the client management team.
